Since 1946 this mythical jazz venue has been hosting jazz bands every night, delighting both jazz lovers and dancers, perpetrating the style of the Cotton Club, the Savoy…

If Paris is “A Moveable Feast” the Caveau de la Huchette is one of its focal points where Parisians love to meet and share a moment with visitors from around the world. You can be one of them and join us for a Paris by night experience. Even Hollywood coudn’t resist it! (for those of you who’ve seen La La Land). Dany Doriz, vibraphonist and friend of Lionel Hampton has been the owner since 1970.

The Caveau de la Huchette is located in the Latin Quarter, in the heart of Paris, a stone throw away from Notre Dame.

 Schedule :  3pm to 8pm

The Mad Swing Quintet:

The "Mad Swing Quintet" sprang up from the encounter of five talented musicians who decided to get together for the Balboa Swing A Paname events.
Stéphane Roger (also behind Megaswing, les Gigolos, Pink Turtle, Louis Prima Forever...) on the drums will be accompanied by Pierre-Louis "Pilou" Cas et Claude Braud on the saxophone and clarinet, Patricia Lebeugle on the double bass and Nicolas Peslier on the guitar and banjo.

You will, no doubt, appreciate their love of jazz and their understanding of swing dancers. They will take you away from the very first note and even the least experienced dancers won't be able to resist.

Unforgetable and fondly remembered on the Paris dance scene...
